Fundraising OfficerFUNDRAISING OFFICER We are seeking to appoint a highly motivated and enthusiastic Fundraiser Officer with a good track record in fundraising for charity /voluntary organisations and with experience in delivering an outstanding fundraising strategy. The ideal candidate: will be responsible for developing and coordinating a wide range of fundraising initiatives, generating funds in line with Group Fundraising & Sustainability Strategy. S/He must demonstrate Essential skills required:
- A sympathy towards LJM and all that it represents. - The ability to work within the strong; Christian ethos of the group, including its value of people. - Interpersonal, networking and negotiation skills. - Good IT (Microsoft Office) and communication skills. - The ability to set and work to targets and be able to generate and inspire ideas. - Good problem solving & decision making skills. - Be flexible and able to work unsociable hours.
